BE Team Statistics - Where DePaul Ranks

Now that the season is over I thought it would be interesting to see where we rank in offensive/defensive team statistics compared to the rest of the league.

Offensive:

Points Per Game: 5th
Assists: T-3rd
Field Goal %: 3rd
Free Throw %: 6th
3-Point %: 7th

Defensive:

Rebounds: 3rd
Blocks: T-7th
Steals: 5th

We were ranked ahead or tied with Nova in every defensive category, and were also ranked ahead of Nova in 3 of the 5 offensive categories.

I know there are other statistical measures but I figured just to look at the basics. We didn't fair worse than 7th in every team category yet still finished dead last. The only answer can be coaching in my opinion.

you could have included the defensive shooting %.  that's where the story gets told
