Ticket Renewal
« on: October 02, 2018, 01:57:39 PM »
Did anyone on the board renew tickets they had last year or for years? I know I did not renew my 2. Just curious if anyone did. No judgement just curious as to why.

That would be a negative.   Reason, voting with the pocket book, both at the stadium and lack of overall institutional support.

WHEN JLP is no longer AD, and depending on WHO DePaul replaces her with, then and only then will I revisit my support for the University.  The dismissal of Eugene, the pending FBI court case, the upcoming losing (nay 20 loss season) somewhat may portend to an end.  I'm sure the artist formally known as Fresh will have other thoughts in that JLP is a vampire and will never be fired, but Father time is undefeated and that day will come.

This is something I have been doing since 1980 it has become a habit latley a bad habit. the move to the south side is going to force me to give up the seats just makes no sence to waste time and money to see the the product they put on the floor

NO.  son and I stayed away this year.  I hated the 3 1/2 to 4 hour round trip drive.  And, with only 2 BE games on weekends, I won't drive there on a week nite.

DPU70 and Lake County, you guys can catch the Demons when they play at Marquette.  Short one hour drive to Milwaukee and you get to see the new stadium.

I took a tour of the new stadium.  Really nice.

And you're right.  Sill be shorter trip to Milwaukee for me.  I do fly out of Milwaukee instead of O Hare.  access is a snap, no parking fees, and lines are shorter.  Oh, and cheaper to the same destination.

I saved $100 on a flight to Arizona out of Milwaukee.  And, the first stop was OHare.  hahaha
but, got to the airport at the same time as I would have at OHare.
